We are seeking a skilled and dedicated In-House Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation, repair, and upkeep of plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify existing issues or potential concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to guarantee precise installations.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to perform plumbing tasks.
- Carry out pipe threading, welding, and soldering as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in plumbing services, with a preference for residential experience.
  • Proficient in installing various piping systems using materials such as cast iron, PVC, and copper.
  • Able to lift and carry weights up to 50lbs.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid plumbing license (tradesman, journeyman, or master plumber).
  • OSHA 10 training certification or higher.
