Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service:
- Prepare and stock the Juice Bar Grab N Go area.
- Ensure the self-serve station is fully stocked with utensils and supplies.
- Maintain the Juice Bar area in a clean and safe condition, meeting health and safety codes.
- Merchandise Management:
- Keep merchandise clean and ready for display.
- Oversee inventory and ensure items are stocked in the Gym Store.
- Meet individual sales goals assigned by the Merchandise Supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers, and advising on product utilization and care.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer advice and recommendations to customers on products or services.
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Product and job knowledge.
- Good people skills.
- Highly organized and motivated.
- Understanding of food and beverage operations.
- Certifications and Education:
- Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
- Experience in a health club or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Food Handlers card must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire.
