Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care for patients with advanced heart failure, including those requiring heart transplants and mechanical circulatory support.
- Engage in clinical practice and patient management, ensuring effective communication with healthcare professionals.
- Assist in outpatient care by responding to patient inquiries and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
- Conduct patient and family education, including discharge instructions and follow-up communications.
- Facilitate inpatient and outpatient procedures and coordinate follow-up care.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in patient care delivery and demonstrate critical thinking skills in accordance with professional standards.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position will be appointed as a clinical instructor.
