We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our float pool team at Greentree Nursing & Rehab in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Work a minimum of two (2) shifts a week, including every other weekend or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive hourly rate: $38 - $41 per hour.
