Job Title: Fitness Club Ambassador

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Club Ambassador. In this role, you will be the face of our operation, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all members and guests with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience at our facility.
  • Check in all members and guests efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate any messages on our club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate special events to members and guests.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel valued.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward them to management.
  • Always maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Sell retail products to members and guests.
  • Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payment for member services according to company procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable about our club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with projects as delegated by management.
  • Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
  • Have experience working with children.
  • Meet local/state certification requirements.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Lift 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Stand, bend, and squat frequently.
  • Climb and hang decorations when needed.

 

Eligibility:

  • All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • To be eligible for employment, applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain their eligibility throughout employment.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. As an equal opportunity employer, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
