Job Summary

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately pulling items according to customer orders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull all orders for customers according to the prescribed picking quota set by management.
  • Use voice picking and RF scanning equipment to navigate the warehouse and locate products.
  • Adhere to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards while maintaining good speed.
  • Follow all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials.
Requirements

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training. You must be functionally literate and able to understand and recognize product numbers and line codes. Additionally, you should be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, write legibly, and successfully communicate with the voice picking system.

Work Environment

This position involves working in a warehouse environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a loud noise level. You will be required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle products, and reach with hands and arms. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and occasionally use a forklift. Certification is required for forklift operation.

System Requirements

Operational access to PkMS and vPack Voice Picking System is required for this role.
