The Center for Courageous Kids is seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to serve as the Director of Facilities. This key role is responsible for maintaining and repairing the camp's facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our campers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the overall care of the facilities.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility-related issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience with facilities maintenance and groundskeeping.
