The Floor Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of floors and windows in various professional settings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Floor Maintenance: Buff, scrub, wax, recoat, and pressure wash floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
- Window Cleaning: Clean windows using a ladder and/or boom lift, ensuring a streak-free finish.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by management, which may include deep cleaning, floor refinishing, and other tasks.
- Communication: Respond promptly to calls and texts from management and supervisors, and report daily activities as required.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Communication Skills: Possess a working cell phone and be able to respond quickly to calls and texts.
- Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail and maintain a high level of integrity.
