LocumJobsOnline is collaborating with Curative to identify a skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology MD for a locum tenens opportunity.
Compensation:
The pay rate ranges from $160 to $170 per hour.
Role Responsibilities:
We are in search of a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to deliver outstanding patient care within our healthcare system.
Key Features:
- Expedited credentialing process
- Flexible working hours

Practice Environment:
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient services
- Collaborative team of 3-4 other physicians and OB nurses
- Charting system: Cerner
Clinical Duties:
- OB/GYN responsibilities include deliveries, C-sections, IUD insertion and removal, and management of some high-risk pregnancies.
Work Schedule:
- Ongoing monthly coverage required
- Inpatient duties:
- 6 days per month
- Outpatient duties:
- 6 days per month
- Clinic hours from 8 AM to 5 PM
- 24-hour on-call duties with a typical call ratio of 1:4
- Volume of cases during on-call shifts may vary
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Current ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications
