The Staff Support Clinician will provide and coordinate emotional and psychological support for staff during particularly stressful events. This role requires flexibility to provide care and guidance to peer supporters and staff working various locations and shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the wellbeing team to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate staff support programs.
  • Develop and maintain interdisciplinary relationships and mentorship skills to support staff mental health and resiliency.
  • Provide routine follow-up with staff who have experienced critical events.
  • Maintain awareness of events impacting staff mental health and resiliency.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work.
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) certification.
