As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and well-being
- Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Current NJ Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
