About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Assessment and Repair: Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and develop effective repair plans to restore vehicles to their original condition.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize advanced technical skills and knowledge to repair complex vehicle damage, including frame alignment and paint restoration.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues and customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong technical skills, ability to read job orders, and work efficiently within a team environment.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 annually, paid time off, medical benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition, we provide up to 80 hours of paid time off annually, 2 weeks of paid parental leave, and a range of other benefits designed to support your well-being and success.
