About the Role:
As a Termite Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing job specifications to ensure they align with work orders.
- Preparing sites for treatment.
- Administering anti-termite treatments in accordance with safety protocols and product guidelines.
- Engaging with customers to explain the services provided.

What You Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this position, you should possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. While prior experience in the industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. More importantly, we seek individuals who:
- Enjoy customer interaction and are personable.
- Exhibit self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Can effectively communicate information to customers in both individual and small group settings.
- Pay attention to detail and prioritize safety.
- Have a basic aptitude for math to perform necessary calculations.
Given the nature of our work, comfort with outdoor environments and confined spaces is essential. For safety reasons, candidates should be aware that facial hair may not be permitted.

Position Requirements:
Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Customer-facing experience is preferred, along with demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills. We value individuals who are eager to learn and become knowledgeable in pest control.
Base Pay Range:
$21.83 per hour. In addition to base pay, eligible colleagues may earn additional compensation through overtime, incentives, and commissions based on performance and route assignments.
