We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team at Security Equipment Inc. As a Fire Alarm Inspector, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting Fire Alarm Systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of Fire Alarm Systems to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Test and verify the operation of Fire Alarm Systems, including smoke detectors, fire alarms, and other safety equipment.
- Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in Fire Alarm Systems, and recommend corrective actions to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective fire safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on fire safety best practices and system maintenance.
- 2 years of experience in fire alarm system maintenance or installation.
- IA State Fire License required or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations.
