Job Highlights

Epic Travel Staffing is looking for a Travel RN - Emergency Room Shift : Mid / 11a-11p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week Length : 13 weeks
Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block
Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5 (including eves) Qualifications :
  • Valid AZ or Compact License
  • Minimum of 2 years in emergency room experience
  • Experience in Trauma Level 1-3 within the last 2 years
  • At least 2 years ER experience with trauma Level I and II within the past 3 years. Level III or lower experience is not acceptable.
  • Experience with gunshot wounds/stabbings
  • Proficiency in EPIC
  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • PALS Certification
  • NIHSS Certification
  • TNCC preferred
Additional Information:
  • Floating Requirements: Shared schedule with other facilities, typically scheduled in advance, infrequent last-minute floating.
  • Radius Rule: 100 miles
  • Common Diagnoses/Types of Patients: Any and all emergency needs
  • Patient Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track.
  • Facility Capacity: 52 beds with 4 trauma bays.
