Key Responsibilities

  • Access Control: Ensure only authorized individuals are allowed access to the site and prevent unauthorized goods and materials from leaving facilities.
  • Camera Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems for safety and security concerns at facilities worldwide.
  • Foot Patrol: Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of buildings to identify security, safety, or maintenance issues.
  • Mobile Patrol: Patrol parking lots, roads, and building exteriors in a security vehicle to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Monitor Fire Alarms: Ensure fire alarms are functioning accurately and respond to emergencies.
  • Emergency Response: Participate in emergency scenario-based training, CPR/First Aid/AED, and respond to emergencies within facilities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • No felony convictions and must pass a criminal background check.
  • Pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

What to Expect

  • Job Offer: Discussion of job specifics and next steps in the On-Boarding process.
  • Background Check & Online On-Boarding Activities.
  • In-Office Orientation.
  • Basic Officer Training: Video and hands-on training on security skills and techniques.
  • Meet with our HR Team: Complete onboarding process, in-house drug testing, uniform issuance, and photo ID badge.
  • On the Job Training (OJT): Complete 2-40+ hours of training on client-specific policies and procedures.
