Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in early childhood education or a related field
  • Knowledge of child development theories and principles, including NAEYC and Creative Curriculum guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in physical activity with children
