We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Nights team at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
