Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Job Description

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and delivering naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting. This position is hybrid, with approximately 50% remote work and 50% in-clinic time. You will conduct multidisciplinary assessments, create treatment plans, and design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience
