Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Oakland, California.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, helping them develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and education to promote independence and functionality
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
