**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at San Juan Regional Medical Center. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the organization's mission of providing quality services to our community.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, maintaining clinical competency, and responding to current safety and quality initiatives. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

**Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and maintaining clinical competence appropriate for the area of practice.
  • Understanding and following policy and procedure in addition to meeting licensure requirements.
  • Responding to current safety and quality initiatives and sustaining improvement.
  • BUILDING PRODUCTIVE INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS IN EVERY ENCOUNTER.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing of New Mexico or compact (multi-state) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING LIFE SUPPORT CERTIFICATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE LIFE SUPPORT CERTIFICATION POLICY.
