We are seeking a part-time pharmacist to join our team at Thrifty White Pharmacy in Bemidji, MN. As a Weekend Rotation Pharmacist, you will work every 3rd weekend, providing excellent patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, building loyalty and repeat business.
- Champion Thrifty White programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
- Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
- Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
- Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
- Identify long-term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate with marketers.
- Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
- A pharmacy license or the ability to receive one without federal sanctions.
- A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
- Current Immunization Certification.
- Current CPR Certification.
- NPI Number.
