Pediatrics Physician Opportunity

WhiteCap Search is pleased to present a unique opportunity for a pediatrician to join a hospital-based group of 8 pediatricians. This position offers a 1:9 call schedule, with phone calls only, providing a great work-life balance.

Practice Details
  • Outpatient-only practice, with no inpatient or newborn rounding responsibilities
  • Work from a single clinic location on the hospital campus
  • 4-day workweek, with most days lasting 9-10 hours
  • Option to work a 5-day week if desired
  • Anticipate treating 18-20 patients per day, on average
  • No weekend work required, except for on-call periods
  • Specialists available on-site for referrals
