CNC Machinist Job Summary

Nidec Vamco Corporation is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating conventional and CNC machines to fabricate metallic parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
  • Set up, operate, and program CNC machines and machining centers
  • Select and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, and grinders
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED and/or vocational-technical school
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
