The Role

You will be accountable for the governance of our Property Related Supply Chain Claims functions. You will ensure all suppliers maintain the integrity of each of our partner's brands and contribute to innovation and improvement across all aspects of Hollard's Claims Supplier Governance, delivering industry best practice in Supplier Governance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure selected suppliers meet Hollard's Supplier Governance requirements
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of Suppliers and development of associated material and processes
  • Manage Licensing and Qualification requirements, including keeping database up to date (includes WHS and compliance frameworks)
  • Monitor Third Party Risk Management Framework across the Hollard Supply Chain
  • Development and management of Supplier Education/Compliance Portal
  • Assist with the management of Regulatory Compliance Framework across the claims supply chain
  • Assist with effective Monitoring and Reporting on Building Related Claims Supply Chain adherence to Regulatory frameworks

About You

You need extensive experience in General Insurance or short tail business preferably in a Procurement, Supply Chain or Claims management related role. Ability to solve complex problems with consideration to business impact.

Excellent knowledge of internal products, competitor products, and current market. Deep understanding and management of partner relationships. Strong influencing and leadership skills.
