Position Summary:
We are in search of a proficient Instructional Systems Designer to contribute to our efforts in supporting a significant project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development of educational technologies for both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments.
  • Utilize adult learning theories to create impactful training materials following the ADDIE framework.
  • Revise training content annually or as necessitated by policy updates.
  • Establish training standards, performance objectives, and evaluate training programs.
  • Collaborate with instructional design teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Guarantee compliance with Section 508 on all courseware and training materials.
  • Interpret technical and policy language for specific target audiences.
  • Design training assessments and analytics based on Kilpatrick's Four Level Evaluation Model.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instructional systems design and the creation of training materials.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies.
