Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Cedar Park clinic. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with a variety of diagnoses, including neuromuscular impairment, sensory motor deficits, and feeding difficulties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to children in our Cedar Park clinic
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
  • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations
  • Experience working with children with neuromuscular impairment, sensory motor deficits, and feeding difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and strategies
  • Fluency in Spanish
