Job Title: Internet Sales Associate

Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our team. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads, providing timely and personalized responses to customers.
  • Greet and qualify customers, understanding their requirements and interests to provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize dealership sales controls and follow-up systems to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits, as well as optional equipment for purchase, to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings at or above company standards, fostering repeat and referral business.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance, representing the dealership in a positive and respectful manner.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, with the ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • Ability to work every Saturday, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid in-state driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Must submit to a background and drug screen, as required by the dealership.
Working Environment & Physical Demands:

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
