Cake Decorator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and delicious baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bakery operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
• Be an Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in cake decorating techniques, including piping, fondant work, and sugar art. Ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and resolve issues related to production, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement solutions to improve bakery operations and customer experience.
• Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with team members, managers, and customers to ensure clear understanding of bakery operations, production schedules, and customer needs.
• Be a Quality Control Specialist: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality, taste, and appearance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
• Must be 18 years of age or older
