Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Multimedia Creative to join our team at Faith Family Church. As a key member of our ministry, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that inspires and uplifts our community.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, editing, and graphic design, with a proven track record of creating high-quality visual stories. You will work closely with our pastors and ministry teams to develop creative concepts that communicate the heart and mission of our church.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Production & Storytelling:
    • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase the ministries and events of Faith Family Church.
    • Capture live events, services, and special moments that highlight the heart and mission of our church.
    • Develop creative narratives that inspire, motivate, and guide people toward a relationship with Jesus.
  • Graphic Design & Visual Communication:
    • Design eye-catching graphics for sermon series, event promotions, website content, social media, and print materials.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual platforms, maintaining Faith Family Church's aesthetic and vision.
    • Collaborate with ministry leaders to create designs that reflect the church's core message and values.
  • Technology & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, software, and tools in video production and graphic design.
    • Utilize motion graphics, typography, and advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling.
    • Optimize video and graphic content for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and social media channels.
  • Leadership & Excellence:
    • Lead by example, living a life that reflects Christ and embodies the values of Faith Family Church.
    • Serve as a creative partner for pastors and ministry teams, offering innovative ideas to further the church's mission.
    • Display excellence, integrity, and professionalism in every project, large or small.
    • Provide mentorship to volunteers or interns involved in creative ministries.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
