Job Title: Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Specialist

Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance in a full-time capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site assistance for video teleconferencing (VTC) services
  • Oversee IT equipment in meeting spaces and offer relevant information regarding upkeep and enhancements
  • Deliver desktop support for NIPRNET and SIPRNET systems
  • Coordinate the scheduling and management of meeting rooms
  • Assist during bridge or VTC sessions
  • Uphold cybersecurity measures and security protocols
  • Organize bridge schedules and implement software updates as necessary
  • Support system accreditation evaluations

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with audiovisual teleconferencing technology
  • Security+ CE certification is mandatory
  • Cisco or equivalent technology certification is required
  • Familiarity with VTC Bridging Technologies
  • Proficient in articulating technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in creating technical documentation
  • Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance
