- Managing equipment setups, returns, and troubleshooting issues.
- Handling 20-30 support tickets daily, particularly during peak hours.
- Assisting employees with various tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and report generation.
- Shipping equipment and preparing laptops for new hires.
- Conducting virtual meetings to guide subcontractors on equipment setup.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Help Desk Analyst role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with end users.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience in desktop support.
- Experience with VMWare and VDI environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
