**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical oncology team in Winter Haven. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing practice and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Care for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
  • Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team
  • Develop and assist in plan of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary care providers

**Requirements**

  • Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification
  • 6 months RN acute care experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can also expect:
