  • Identify process improvement areas and assist with process revisions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the procurement manager in developing proposals and contract exhibits to ensure effective project execution.
  • Monitor project documentation status and compliance to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Review and verify project documents for completeness and adherence to contract requirements.
  • Submit project proposals for management approval and transmit approved documents to the customer.
  • Promote excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand and promote Canadian Solar products to ensure effective product promotion and sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Procurement Manager to ensure effective project execution.
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
  • Experience with scheduling in MS Project (P6 is an asset).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.
  • Valid Driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
  • Some travel to project sites may be required.
