Key Responsibilities

  • Administering in-home euthanasia and hospice services for elderly and terminally ill pets.
  • Providing guidance to families navigating end-of-life decisions.
  • Maintaining a valid Florida DMV license and DEA registration in good standing.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Capability to walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, stand, and reach consistently throughout the workday.
  • Proficiency in manual dexterity and fine motor skills while using medical instruments.
  • Ability to endure prolonged periods of sitting while driving.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting a stretcher (approximately 2' x 4') with air conditioning.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets/computers, GPS, and digital medical records.
