- Provide Patient Education: Educate patients on tests and preparation, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared.
- Administer Injections and Vital Signs: Administer injections, vital signs, vision, and auditory testing as delegated by licensed healthcare providers.
- Distribute Vaccination Materials: Distribute vaccination materials and obtain required signatures from patients, parents, or guardians.
- Complete Patient Charts: Thoroughly and timely complete patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure Smooth Patient Flow: Maintain a smooth patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing delays for providers and patients.
- Comply with OSHA and Safety Plans: Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety plans, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Graduation from an Accredited Nursing Program: Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program.
- Current LPN Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Nebraska.
- Current BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
