Job Title: Oncology Sales Specialist

At Cameron Craig Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the GYN Oncology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new patients, enhancing user engagement, and expanding accounts.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the Medical team.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales with proven results.
  • Familiarity with the GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, and strong communication abilities.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Position typically based in medical offices or hospital settings. Requires proficiency with computer use, telephone communication, and reading printed materials. May involve working outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends. Approximately 75% travel required.
