- Coordinate workflow, collaborate with other departments, and address any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in company programs, such as communications, training, and scheduling, to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Prepare reports, memos, and schedules, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Ensure completion of daily process checks, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Utilize Root Cause problem-solving techniques to address quality issues, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and safety protocols, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of assembly processes and machinery, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.

- Highly productive with a strong sense of urgency and orientation to details, accuracy, and excellent outcomes.
- Competent with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for completing job duties.
- Proficiency in English language skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
- Significant amount of time spent on factory floor, with personal protective safety equipment required and proper safety precautions to be observed.
