Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Knowledge of assembly processes and safety protocols, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Significant amount of time spent on factory floor, with personal protective safety equipment required and proper safety precautions to be observed.
