Key Responsibilities:

We have openings in various departments, including Batch Blend, Canning Line, Milk Processing, and Specialty Packaging. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Proficiently utilizing the Manufacturing Execution System.
  • Diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conducting changeovers across all operational areas.
  • Completing daily Shift Reports and managing production documentation.
  • Following cleaning protocols and inspecting equipment to uphold food safety standards.
  • Maintaining a tidy work environment.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by Management or Supervisors.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Awareness of safety protocols to protect personal and product safety.
  • Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Dependability and reliability in job performance.
  • Basic mathematical skills for process calculations.
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 60 pounds and working at heights.

Department-Specific Expectations:

Batch Blend:

  • Understanding of ingredient staging and safe handling for mixing processes.
  • Knowledge of milk composition and chemistry.
  • Mastery of equipment preparation and operation in the blending process.

Canning Line:

  • Operating and maintaining filling, seaming, and capping machinery.
  • Handling Case Packer and related equipment.

Milk Processing:

  • Knowledge of raw dairy product handling and processing.
  • Performing cleaning procedures and maintaining equipment hygiene.

Specialty Packaging:

  • Operating and cleaning packaging machinery.
  • Understanding labeling and associated equipment operations.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions, including temperature variations and moving machinery.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
