We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Manager to join our team at Patrick Ta Beauty. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products across all channels.
About UsPatrick Ta Beauty is a fast-growing beauty company founded in 2019 by celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta and beauty expert Rima Minasyan. We are committed to creating high-quality, versatile products that make our customers feel great in their skin.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project timelines with cross-functional departments to ensure successful product launches.
- Create and implement comprehensive stage gate processes to ensure accountability, risk awareness, and signoff during various stages of product development.
- Lead projects from inception to final production and delivery, managing risks and adhering to cost and timing targets.
- Manage artwork process in PjM software and Asana to ensure accurate and timely completion of artwork and vendor turnover.
- Elevate and communicate risks at the project level, including respective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate seamless integration between Marketing, PD, R&D, Packaging, and Supply Chain functions.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong proficiency with PjM software and ability to navigate spreadsheets and project management software.
- Familiarity with being the point person for internal or external clients and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills.
- Proficient in risk management and able to anticipate and mitigate potential development delays.
