Division Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Division Chief of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Tufts Medicine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in patient care, education, and research.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient access to care and service delivery models for child and adolescent behavioral health services.
- Provide oversight and leadership to our Child & Adolescent Outpatient clinics, including ADHD, McPAP, Pediatric Mood & Anxiety, Developmental Trauma, Psychotherapy, and General Child & Adolescent services.
- Lead and mentor our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship program and collaborate with Boston Children's Hospital on the Triple Board training program.
- Ensure adherence to departmental and regulatory standards of care, standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in Departmental leadership and teaching in the Adult Psychiatry Residency.
- Contribute to the development of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Inpatient service at the Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital.
- MD or equivalent degree and eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Proven track record of clinical and academic accomplishments, as well as experience in leadership and mentorship.
- Appointment to the Tufts University School of Medicine faculty based on experience and accomplishments.
