Mitigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster recovery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
• Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
