Endodontic Specialist

Growing practice is seeking an experienced Endodontist to contribute to their team of dental professionals. Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnoses through thorough evaluation of patients' dental health
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring endodontic care
- Perform root canal treatments, including retreatments and surgical procedures when necessary
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated and coordinated care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for long-term dental health
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize advanced dental equipment and technologies to provide efficient and high-quality endodontic treatments
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in endodontics through continuous education and professional development
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements in the provision of dental care services
- Uphold the highest standard of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CDA)
- Completed an Endodontic Residency accredited by the CDA
- Valid dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Proficiency in using advanced dental technologies and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $180,000 to $340,000, commensurate with experience
