Job Summary

SBR Underground, a leading excavation services provider in Gretna, NE, is seeking an experienced Excavation Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will perform various tasks at construction sites, including operating hand and power tools, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up waste materials, and assisting other craft workers.

This is a full-time opportunity with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with some overtime and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical labor tasks at construction sites
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types
  • Clean and prepare job sites for excavation
  • Dig trenches and set braces to support excavations
  • Erect scaffolding as required
  • Clean up waste materials
  • Assist other craft workers on site
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in the construction industry preferred
