We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Flexup Direct.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma ICU experience.
  • MICU experience required, with a minimum of 4 years of continuous ICU experience.
  • Ability to float to other ICU units as needed, including NSICU, CVICU, and STICU.
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross, and active upon submission.
  • No Nursys Hits.
  • Flu vaccination required.
  • Travel experience is a must.

  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old).
