Como firma multidisciplinaria, Isett ofrece una gama completa de servicios de ingeniería y consultoría, que incluyen ingeniería civil, estructural, mecánica, eléctrica, plomería, ambiental, geotécnica y municipal, así como servicios de topografía, arquitectura paisajística, cumplimiento de códigos, revisión de planes, gestión de construcción, pruebas de materiales de construcción y redacción de subvenciones para clientes en toda la región del Atlántico Medio.

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero Civil Senior con experiencia en desarrollo de terrenos para liderar proyectos para clientes en los sectores público y privado. La posición puede estar basada en nuestras oficinas de Wyoming Valley o Greater Scranton.

  • Proceso de zonificación y aprobaciones
  • Gestión de aguas pluviales
  • Diseño de sitios, nivelación y planes de control de erosión y sedimentos
  • Servicios públicos del sitio
  • Permisos de PennDOT/DEP
  • Cálculos hidráulicos
  • Estimación de costos
  • Preparación de propuestas de proyectos y gestión de contratos, informes y facturación
  • Contratación/mentoría/gestión de ingenieros y diseñadores junior
Requisitos
  • Título en Ingeniería Civil o campo relacionado
  • Licencia de Ingeniero Profesional
  • Experiencia previa en desarrollo de terrenos requerida
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas, técnicas y de comunicación
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos y clientes
  • Conocimiento de AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Licencia de conducir válida - para viajes a sitios/clientes
  • Capacidad para asistir a reuniones nocturnas
  • Capacidad para obtener autorizaciones (para proyectos escolares en PA)
