Job Description

As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges to live well and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and exercise.
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, time management, and social skills.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Document progress and provide feedback to ensure high-quality care.
