  • Monitor and Patrol Premises: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Report Writing: Accurately and thoroughly document incidents and events that occur during your shift.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiently use computer systems to annotate events and access relevant information.
  • Facility Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
  • Enforcement of Rules: Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Report any facility issues, such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes, to management.
  • Emergency Response: Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
  • Event Documentation: Successfully use software to annotate events that occur during your shift.
  • Property Scanning: Regularly scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a secure and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or other related fields.
  • Security Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle a light physical workload, including standing and walking assigned patrols.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document incidents.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
