Job OverviewSunray Tanning, LLC, A Palm Beach Tan Franchisee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to lead our team of Beauty Consultants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of Beauty Consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Engagement: Provide personalized consultations to customers, recommending our products and services to meet their skin care, tanning, and beauty needs.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage daily administrative tasks, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and goal tracking.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Availability: Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
