Hospice RN - Full Time On Call (7 days on, 7 days off)
- Coordinate comprehensive care for patients
- Continuously assess the needs of patients and their families
- Implement the interdisciplinary care plan effectively
- Deliver services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in care delivery
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current nursing license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN)
- Basic technology skills, including mobile device operation
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in Medicare home health or hospice settings is preferred
Requirements
- Valid state driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance as mandated by law
- Reliable transportation in good working order
- Able to drive safely in various weather conditions
- Current CPR certification for healthcare providers
